Refund policy

Because every invitation is built to order, payments are non-refundable once your invitation has been published or once our team has started building it. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund.

To request a refund where one applies, message us on Messenger with your order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method; e-wallet refunds can take a few days to settle.
