Refund policy

Because every invitation is built to order, payments are non-refundable once your invitation has been published or your Done-For-You build has started. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund.

To request a refund where one applies, message us on Messenger or Viber with your order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method; e-wallet refunds can take a few days to settle.
